Powder Time at Okemo! Total New Snow 12-14 Inches!!

It'sPOWDER TIMEhere at Okemo Mountain Resort! We received
anadditional 5-6 inchesof new snow since yesterday's
report…Astorm grand total of 12-14 inches of NEW SNOWbringing you
even more powder to ski and ride on. It's going to be a good day.

You can expectcloudy skies with temps in the 30s and powder upon
packed powder conditions. Currently the base temp is 20 degrees
and 14 degrees on the summit. Looking for someinsight on the
weekend ahead? Well, we should be 100 percent open and all lifts
running for you to enjoy full reign of the mountain. There is
talk of snow showers and a slight possibility of mixed
precipitation, but definitely nothing that will stand in the way
of this plethora of new powder. So get packing and join in on the
fun!

117 trails and 9 liftswill be open today starting at9 a.m.Bumps
can be found on Ledges, Upper Limelight, and Sel's Choice.
Ourhalfpipe on the Dew Zone cut last nightand will be open today
to all PSP Pass holders. Additional park features can be found on
Black Out, Nor'easter, and Hot Dog Hill. Wardance and Stump
Jumper will be on hold today.

Cutter's Folly, Fast Lane, French Connection, Upper and Lower

Punch Line, and The Plunge.Please take note that ungroomed and
natural terrain is for advanced skiers and riders only.

My property (http://www.vrbo.com/382300)is in the Winterplace
Condo development at the top of the South Ridge Quad A from the
base. This is a great location as you don't need to ski to the
base in the morning. You can walk out your door to the slopes and
ski directly to the Sachem Quad, Glades Peak Quad, Black Ridge
Triple or the Pull (the snowboard park area). We are pretty much
as high up on the mountain as you can stay.

We are about a 75 foot walk to the slopes from your door and a
short walk to the recreation center with the pool and hot tubs.
